I was blown away by the amazing customer service and upgraded to a spacious two-bed apartment without any extra charge. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They immediately attended to any additional requirements I had without any fuss. The management team was also very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for business travelers like me, as it was close to the airport. The best part of my experience was the exceptional staff, especially Magistrat, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay. When I realized I had forgotten my wallet in my room after checking out and going to the airport, Magistrat quickly found it and personally delivered it to me at the airport, even coordinating with the airline and local police to ensure its safe return. I cannot thank him enough for his honesty and outstanding service. The other highlights of my stay were the friendly and helpful staff, the quiet surroundings, and the stunning city view from my room. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with well-equipped gym, delicious breakfast, and two fantastic restaurants serving local BBQ. The ambience of the hotel was tranquil and relaxing, and the modern rooms and clean bathrooms added to the overall experience. I truly had an unforgettable stay and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We had a really comfortable stay in Kigali not far from transport from the airport, the aiport and city center. Facilities included a safe, a sofa bed, and an iron, liked that.

The location is great, right in Kigali and with beautiful views of the hills. The staff are really friendly, helpful, and kind-hearted. The apartment is well-equipped with a microwave oven, coffee and tea makers, and a fridge.

Amazing location, just minutes away from the airport and conveniently close to popular tourist attractions. The spacious rooms with a lovely city view were a definite plus. The friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, even assisting us with transportation and offering great dining recommendations.

There were a few negatives that affected our experience. the kitchenette in the room was practically useless as there were no utensils provided, making it impossible to cook.
